I started my practice with a vision to provide accessible, practical and fair legal advisory services to startups and entrepreneurs.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, I spent a decade working for and supporting numerous startup companies, both in for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. These experiences have provided me with unique and global understanding of running a startup business, and an art of addressing and advising on legal issues through business lenses and as part of a big picture that is critical to my client.

I am admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland, and a member of numerous organizations especially those that support the empowerment and development of women leadership, including Womens' Bar Association of D.C., Women Owned Law, Japanese Women in the Professions in Washington D.C. and Working Mother's Entrepreneurial Group of Washington, D.C.
